Partnership with The Gerstacker Institute
The Gerstacker Institute provides students who are interested in business with:
- Professional internships
- Honors classes taught by experienced professors
- A community of goal-oriented students and alumni
- Opportunities to meet business professionals
- Professional development training
- Special projects to apply coursework to real business challenges
To complement their liberal arts education, Gerstacker students are able to customize their curriculum for specific career tracks, including accounting, advertising, economics, finance, and marketing.
From day one, Gerstacker students are taught to analyze problems, embrace leadership roles, and remain flexible in a constantly evolving environment.
Gerstacker students participate in up to two full-time internships. The experiences allow students to test their interest in a particular field and discover what they want, or don't want, in their future careers.
Gerstacker students are in small classes in which they get to know their professors, and the faculty take a personal interest in each of them.
Solving problems by working collaboratively in teams is a key component of the Gerstacker program.
If you believe Gerstacker is right for you, find out about applying to the institute, and please contact us if you have any questions.
